it has more to do with violence along the mexican side of the border & the hot dry temperatures we have every year at this time adding the increased deportation ILLEGALS by the mexican government

This program would have given electricity to many on reservations and rural areas. In 2025 why aren't all people served by electricity in their homes? We are not a third world country!
