I just started working with one! It has been a really relieving experience so far.

I really think that it is important that people start working with a financial advisor early in their career.

This is a HUGE reason why I know that I'm going to be able to afford the retirement that I want. I was a little bit overwhelmed before I started the process, but Brighthouse provided a lot of great info on their site.

Yes! I don't think I would be in the position to have the retirement that I want if I hadn't started working with one a few years back.

I know I need to start having those conversations very soon. It feels a little bit intimidating..

Yes.. exactly. Like where do I even start?

I have given it a lot of thought, but I guess I haven't felt comfortable enough to take the next step. It's hard trusting someone else with money.

I was fortunate enough to "retire" several years ago. I was a first generation college student and it took me a long time to figure out my career path and get it together, but eventually I was able to really pull it together and achieve financial freedom. It's possible guys.

It's a priority for me, so I'm working hard to make it happen.

I’ve been planning for retirement for a while. It’s been a huge weight off my shoulders to know that I have a plan set in place that’s going to take care of me long after I’m finished with my career.

To be honest, if I was asked this question a couple of years ago, I would have said no. Yes, I had a 401k and decent savings, but I had no real plan in place for exactly how I wanted to retire. I would definitely recommend using Brighthouse to help you plan for your ideal retirement.

I've recently quit my job to pursue art full time. I'm an artist.. I make most of my money doing commissions. I know that I need to think about retirement, but right now I'm just focused on getting this thing off the ground.

I've hopped around in a couple different career fields. I never really payed much attention to my benefits packages.

I'm really not even sure if I know what would go into knowing the answer to that question.. I think??

When it comes to retirement.. I feel so lost. It hasn’t been something that I’ve spent a whole lot of time thinking about.. and that scares me because I’m almost at the end of my working career. Sometimes I wonder if it’s too late to get it all figured out.

I had to go on unemployment for a few months. It motivated me to really work on getting a financial plan in place.

I spent many years making sure my plans were economy proof, disaster proof, and life proof.

Fortunately my job hasn't really been impacted.. other than the fact that I'm now working from home. But, I guess it has impacted me to take things more seriously and start getting proactive.
