If you put a hot dog between two pieces of white bread, it would still be a hot dog. If you put a hot dog into a subway sandwich roll it would be a huge hotdog. Bread shape/ cut doesn't change that.

Pizza is yummy but could be unhealthy. Tacos are a bit healthier than pizza I'm pretty sure.
