One of the reasons we have health issues is that we are hooked on food that is not healthy. No good choices in the neighborhood so we become reliant on fast food

Why not? We should of been doing this. Unfortunately most if not all my elders are gone. We have one left. So now my generation is the elder. Therefore I need to do better.
