Nothing surprises me anymore with Chip Kelly. If anything I would like to see the trade to shakeup the NFL and see Money Manziel in Kelly's system.

Chip Kelly has always wanted Manziel and the Brown's have shown they have more than just minor interest in Bradford.

The Browns would be happy to rid themselves of another bad QB pick and hope Bradford's injuries are behind him.
