I believe in the night-and-day better coaching staff and I believe in the 2014 and 2015 draft as game-changers in Oakland. McKenzie figured out free agency after 3 tries. Love Smith & Smith, Hudson obviously, the kid from AZ, Allen, etc. Be a mistake to discount the "grit-factor" of 2014 3-3 finish.

We are not quite ready to be a division champ yet. The foundation is there, but we have to get usedf to winning consistently to be division winners. Next season we will make that leap!

I think they're still a bit unpredictable. They have to learn how to win consistently when going east. Let me see them win two road games in a row, then I'll start believing in greater things. And, by the way, the Jets game is very winnable.
