They could give some basic categories, leg, knee, sick, mental, physical, exhaustion, without hurting the team. It would be nice to know and not leave everyone thinking the worst. Like suspended for PEDs or for weight violations.

Sometimes things are better left unsaid. Sometimes players are out for violations and it is better to be hidden as an injury or illness. Fans do not have a right to know every detail of a players life. They are entertainers when they are between the lines, not when they are training to get there.
