Amari Cooper eventually will be worthy of a starting job, but he has to earn it first. Rod Streater has proven himself with the Raiders, at the NFL level. He should be starting until Cooper shows that he is the best option. The same goes for Streater over Michael Crabtee.

It's not super important who starts games at receiver for the Raiders. It's about who gets the most passes thrown his way. Streater will be a very popular target of Derek Carr's once he is back to full strength and able to play the way he did before he broke his foot.
