I think he will be a good QB, but not sure he will ever be elite. With that being said he is not ready to join either group just yet.

I think they're still a bit unpredictable. They have to learn how to win consistently when going east. Let me see them win two road games in a row, then I'll start believing in greater things. And, by the way, the Jets game is very winnable.
