RM doesn't draft well nor has he acquired any good FAs except D. Williams and Woodson. Look at his draft picks since he arrived as GM that remain on the team notable in brackets: '12 1 pick '13 4 picks (Murry Rivera) '14 6 picks (Carr Mack Jackson) '15 7 picks (Cooper) 2 UFAs'12-'15 (Streater)

I think they're still a bit unpredictable. They have to learn how to win consistently when going east. Let me see them win two road games in a row, then I'll start believing in greater things. And, by the way, the Jets game is very winnable.
