they ride on sidewalks and park all in the walking path for walkers/wheelchairs

because it might get there faster than the bus at least there's more room for people with grocery carts

I believe that the City needs better public transportation. Even though the Street Car isn't the best way, as of now it's the only way, and it will help grow our City.

The street car is a fantastic tool for getting around downtown Kansas City. I voted yes on it going to the Plaza. I think it should be able to get to the Atkins.
