The sports festival fights had some very important, memorable character moments. Bakugo vs Uraraka, Deku vs Todoroki, and Bakugo vs Todoroki, especially. While the joint training arc did have some good character moments, the ones from the sports festival are just much more impactful.

I love the school festival a lot it was very well animated as well

It was nice to get more of Shinso's quirk and see how Tokoyami's work studies improved his abilities.
