No matter how hot, you can deal with it a lot better than getting out for long periods in the cold.

Rusty, I want to help you, truly I do. But only you can deal with your parental trauma. Trauma is not mental health.
Just because you fail to comprehend something does not mean it does not exist. Maybe educate yourself some?
The local homeless population can't get Mental Health help because they can't pay.
