Trump is who we need to run this country right now better then Biden . Even though he was found guilty he will get probation cause he is a dominant figure and will get the minimum.

Also don't forget when he is in office he can have his records esponged. Also need to think if they do this for him with just probation or less jail time if he gets it . Then with people that have similar crimes will want the same punishment.

The Supreme Court basically chose not to directly make a decision, rather handing back to the lower courts.

It was the correct action despite the liberal Justices. As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.
