You have to know your limitation, what your body can and can't tolerate
ReplyHeat and humidity will "alter my behavior" like it always does. It's Missouri, if you check the records you'll find that a "heat wave" is nothing new here. Good grief we act like extremes in weather are a big surprise and oh god what shall we do.
