I am starting a petition to ban state employees from attending professional or college sports in the state and also ban them from having college/pro logo license plates on their cars. If I am forced to pay their salaries as a taxpayer I have a right to decide what behaviors are acceptable of theirs

I already do. It pays to drive to Boonville when I can get gas for $3.16 at Breaktime vs $3.58 ish in Columbia.
