Why not? They disrupt someone's life by not investigating the case good enough, so yeah you have to pay for destroying someone's life.

There is no amount of money that can make up for the amount of time they have lost. But monetary compensation can help atone for the loss of income, loss of opportunity, and loss of education. It is also a way of apologizing for the wrongs this person has needlessly suffered and help for a new start

This poor man's case is the exact reason why police should be made to carry malpractice insurance. The great state of Missouri took something from this man that he will never get back and that is time.

I also believe anyone that willfully participated in a wrongful conviction, should serve the sentence that individual was given, in full.

Man tell it, I didn't think of it like that but you're correct if you think of all the damage that's really caused the cost of board. The only logical way to stave off bad policing is the balance the consequences.

Will enable more instances as the one in Memphis where ICE incorporate military training & tactics to civilian populous and point weapons at someone's unarmed daughter. There's still rights we protect the people with while in this country. Attempts to further give military a bad image for agendas.

Not only do I not like this map, I don't like the way they split Boone County in half last time either. Kehoe is wrong. Nothing this legislature does represents me and my values.

Don’t like politicians pushing the constitution aside to further their Trump led political agenda!

This seems like a political form of "bike shedding". Instead of focusing on important conservative legislation, lets move around lines on a map and pretend it makes some kind of improvement in Missourian's lives.
