I see people smoking joints driving beside my. That makes me feel real good also. They need to be arrested.

Everyone knows you should not drink and drive.
ReplyI agree however, one beer shouldn't get you a DWI or DUI either.
ReplyIt is not the first time they drove drunk and can change behaviour. It's just first time they were caught.
