No: An offender's first time getting caught drunk driving shouldn't force them to get an ignition interlock device.

No: I believe that people caught driving while high on Fentanyl, Heroin, Meth, or anything similar should be treated the same way as alcohol intoxication, but they are not.

Yes: I agree however, one beer shouldn't get you a DWI or DUI either.

Yes: It is not the first time they drove drunk and can change behaviour.  It's just first time they were caught.
