I would like to see it return. The same selfish people will thumb their noses at public health. Our shared beliefs of compassion, empathy and community are being replaced by the idea of me and I. How does one believe they are more important than everyone else's life. Thank God I don't underst that.

We can work together to beat COVID by masking until we reach 80% vaccination

What if we never reach it? What's the end game? People who aren't vaccinated now are probably never going to get vaccinated.

Low vaccination rates, high Delta variant spread.

But masks were literally the only incentive to get vaccinated. Unvaccinated people will for sure not get it now. Why would they.

If we ever want to get rid of this ugly virus we have to get vaccinated and wear our masks until it is gone!!!

If masks get reinstated we will wear them forever unvaccinated people don't want to get vaccinated. Even if the mandate gets reinstated they still won't wear masks. It will literally only be people who are vaccinated.

You can ask this question in another way. "Do you want the covid illness to continue to spread unchecked, causing severe illness and death to some in your community?"

cases are up. What we aren't told is how many of these are asymptomatic, how many with very mild symptoms, and importantly, how many of these were fully vaccinated. No one is talking about new deaths in Columbia and County, because there haven't been any recent ones here.

The masking mandates are a joke, remember the walking into a restaurant wearing it but once your seated you can take it off? Where are all these dying covid people? No we don't need any more goofy mandates that requires a bacteria laden petri dish covering our faces and restricting our oxygen. No th

Wow really makes you wonder how all of those surgeons manage to keep themselves healthy while masked up?

Surgeons wear masks so they won't get Gall stones. Ya right.

Masks are good for people who are afraid of the dark. Masks are of no value to healthy and sane people. If you feel you need a mask, please wear one, or two.

The Government has done enough damage with mandates. Leave us along so we can resume a life without the Government tells us every move we can make. If you want to wear a mask, go ahead. it wont bother me, but don't try to violate my life with mandates that affect my life. America is about Freedom.

I already got vaccinated so I shouldn't have to keep being forced to be uncomfortable every time I leave my house.

They did nothing to stop the spread the first time. They're unnecessary. Just get vaccinated and stop living in fear.

As long as courts and judges, slap criminals on the hands, and release them back to the public, this will continue. This normally happens in cities with strict gun control laws or in gun free zones like schools. It is far worse in democrat controlled areas. Go figure. LGB

"It's the economy, stupid." James Carville. The left's outrage over the many SCOTUS rulings on RvW, 2A, EPA overreach, are already wanning. Yuuuugggeee red wave coming to sweep the Dems out of power. FJB

Even James Carville knows none of the Supreme Court Justices are up for reelection. ROTFLOL. Maybe the lefties should listen to James. He is one of them. Nope, not gonna do that. They would rather worship King Biden and suffer under his Bidenflation Policies. This is the best recession since Carter.

People will remember, that it costs way too much to go to the store, to buy overpriced food, and not having enough money to pay for it. Hamburger helper without hamburger, is already real for many families. And it is going to get much worse, thanks to Joe Biden. LGB

FJB has intentionally run the US economy into the ground. The public is not happy and will vote accordingly in the midterm elections.

All plays a part, Trump can still MAGA!! He did it in less than 4 years twice, even with a Plandemic in place. Cause he is the People’s President. Prices of Food, Gas, Shortages cause increases. Our pResidementia is horribly Marxist-Communist. We will vote a Red Republican Wave in! No Doubt!

It is my body and my choice. No abortion is not birth control, but it is a medically viable procedure to save lives. Would our government feel the same if it was their wife, daughter, or grand daughters who was raped? How is this helping with the problems of money for WIC, SNAP, medicaid, etc.?

Reply

Very small number of abortions are to save a life or because of a rape. One abortion per each 76 child bearing age women per year, is not a morally acceptable option. Babies body, babies choice. 850,000 abortions per year, 65 million child bearing age women. Do the math.

Any way you slice it, still a woman's choice

Next topic please. I hope it's not anything to do with guns or the latest mass shooting. We've beat that dead horse enough

Let the woman decide. It should be her choice

Let the baby decide. The baby has more skin in the game. The age of majority is 18 in most places, except three states. Alabama and Nebraska set the age of majority to 19 and Mississippi sets it at 21. At this age, let the baby decide if he or she wants to be aborted.
