I would like to see at least an amount that would help the current drought situation. 6in maybe more we haven't had a real good winter for a long time . Be nice if it snowed like it did back in the day when I was growing up measurements was in feets of snow back then .

The Missouri cellphone law considers use of cell phone while driving a secondary rather than primary offense. The law should be strengthened to make it a primary offense.
