I was at a large store, and many people were very frightened. I believe it could have been done in a much better manner. People make bad decisions, when they are scared. The phone message should have been more explicate, indicating that it was a drill. It was very poorly done, in my opinion.

I had no idea what was going on as tests are always the first Wednesday of the month. Not Tuesday
