Cause Ameren is already raising rates as it is . They don't take in consideration of the people who are on a set income. With the new meters and stuff someone has to pay for it and guess who that is US ! Give us a break geeze.

Due to the new way that we are being charged for electricity it's bound to go up, the Consumer never wins .
