The police in this town do very little to solve problems, instead opting to make life difficult for citizens when called.

The number of shots fired calls has increased 30% this year. Shooters and victims are getting younger. Violence in middle schools is a precursor for even worse violence to come. The entire community, especially black people who are dramatically overrepresented in shootings, need to work with CPD.
