Several shootings and shots-fired incidents have been reported in Columbia in the last few weeks. Two people were shot downtown over MU's Homecoming weekend.

I think the answer is a yes & a no....many of these drive by/downtown shootings are not 'random'....especially the drive by shootings into residences.....until the public & homeowners step up this will continue...whether its revenge I would bet the victims are aware of their enemies.sadly iinnocents
