Commented "Traffic is so bad on the north end and now it will be worse. Trying to get from the empire ramp to hywy 97 is just nerve racking. Then trying to move left across lanes to get into the shopping stores is impossible now. Costco will be so busy it won't be worth going there. Have two stores."
