The thoughts of our governor is bad enough. We don't need all of them feeding off each other
ReplyThe us is based on laws, Follow the law. If you don't face the consequences. This will reduce chaos and improve general respect for the law. I am tired of illegal immigrants having more rights and protection than legal citizens!
ReplyWith two active duty tours, Vietnam Infantry and Desert Storm, I spent 25 years in the Guard and Reserve. The purpose of the guard is strategic defense of our homeland and assistance in cases of violent storms. It is not to perform policing actions in the U.S. per the Posse Comitatus Act.
ReplyThe people who voted "Yes" for this obviously do NOT know the law. It is unlawful for T to send national guard troops into ANY state uninvited! He is just trying to intimidate and terrorize blue states, when red states have much higher rates! He is the felon/criminal who needs to be behind bars!
ReplyThe Trump power play is not welcome in our state. Shame on Lori Chavez. Sic the National Guard on the Red States.

Reasonable regulations could keep at least some felons, mentally challenged and untrained from possessing guns. Universal background checks and red flag laws would help. My last two background checks took just 15 and 5 minutes to complete. Only criminals need to fear background checks.
ReplyJust look at the rising deaths. Its like the old west. Who has the biggest gun and has no problem in using it.
ReplyGuns are in to many hands and places.
