Everyone is going to do what they want to do regardless of anyones opinion, thats the bottom line. So if there's a way to maintain a "healthy addiction" by having whats needed instead of sharing items spreading diseases then why not? The same people would be doing same thing but dirtier and unsafe.

It would help save lives if people are able to have the test strips and narcan available. New needles will lesson sharing of used needles. Rehab only works if the person is ready. Having all the info for a program is also a good idea to hand out as well. I think it's a great idea.

You're enabling their addiction, not helping them. Stop coddling them we should not have to let our children grow up seeing this as a social norm.
