      If this city would stop putting businesses without enough parking in residential areas, we wouldn't have this issue. All homes/apts should be required to have off street parking areas.

      Public streets are for the public. If you don't like it, move to a gated community and pay for your own streets.

Depends on the area. If it's a busy area and parking is a problem, absolutely. Not so in n'hood where it is not an issue.
