ReplyMy reason. They have trash buildup which causes concerns. They need to keep area clean then maybe people will be more accepting of them.
ReplyWhy not convert some vacant government buildings into homeless shelters. these buildings are sitting vacant and not being used for anything.
ReplyIt shouldn't be necessary at all, but it is unsightly in HTAs. Why not build tiny home communities for the homeless? It would be more humane and cheaper in the long run.
