Personally, it is up to Scott They have worked together before so they will work it out. But I like the coaches calling the plays otherwise he just becomes a CEO.

I am back and forth on this. Why have an OC if he don'ts run the O? On the other hand, If Scott knows the play then have the OC give input but he calls the plays. Glad I don't have to make the calls.

Wait a year. Lets see how offense runs with Lubick running the offense; give the 2 of them chance to mess in the B1G.

Being so involved on the O side, makes him less involved on the D side. He needs to be the CEO - approves the game plan and then let the OC/DC do their jobs during the game He can give input also.
ReplyWhy have an Offensive coordinator! Trust in assistants if not then do the job himself in play calling. But lets see how his recruits perform as they start taking over. P & R recruits did not perform
ReplyHe's admitted on many occasions that some plays should never have been called. Trust the OC he hired.
ReplyThere’s so much to do as the CEO of the program...thats not to say he wouldn’t have heavy influence on the offense.
