Commented "Herd immunity= Normalcy. Economic stability. The vaccine actually only took a few weeks to create, as it was based primarily after SARS. The reason it took a year was for testing, which was for side effects but most importantly dosage, efficacy rate and immunity time, and scope (# of strains)"
