Commented "Well, I was interviewed on KTVZ back in the Fall about Fed Ex not delivering my pet's prescription food for over 2 weeks. It was because Fed Ex doesn't pay overtime and they didn't have enough drivers. UPS is stellar! And they pay more. Fed Ex needs to take a page from the UPS model!!"

Commented "Depends on the service. I do think we are tip-crazy in this country. I can see tipping food wait staff 15-20%, but then it all bleeds over into hair dressers, nail techs, pet-grooming services, everthing!! and that is ridiculous. There are certain services I do not tip at all! w/o guilt!!!!!!!!! "
