My community is pretty safe. Drivers usually respect the speed limit. We don't have that problem in my community.

Too many speeding in and through our neighborhood. Sometimes it's used as a short cut. But wait. You want to defund and restrict the police and yet you still expect more out of them. Make up your mind.
