If the state quit giving unemployed people paid benefits then people will start looking for a job.

Help wanted signs are everywhere and businesses are closing due to not having enough staff on hand to run their business. If businesses close the county and state lose revenue!

Everywhere you look are help wanted signs Everywhere you go employees that are on the job are explaining why the service is so slow. The explanation is the same: too many places are short of staff.

The government wants people to relay on them instead of being an independent person. Also by not working it kills the local economy.

There are plenty of places that are short staffed and needing help. Any job is better than none. Go to work.

republican sure like to keep the rich richer and the POOR poorer If Missouri employers would pay a living wage this wouldn't be happening, they would have all the employees they need, in fact be able to pick from a list of people!

The average pay for an EMT Emergency Medical Technician in Missouri is $13.10 an hour. Do you think that people who work at McDonalds should get better pay than an EMT

Yes, I think that the $300 federal should be stopped on those who have been given this since the pandemic began. They have abused this privilege by not finding a new job.But if you lose your job after June 1st you should be able to get the $300 until september but still need to report work search.

COVID is over, but I’m taking one for the team. I’d rather DIE from a Covid therapeutic than admit I was wrong. I will NEVER, EVER, not listen to Joe Biden, the savior of America.

Why NOT get every protection against a potentially life-threatening disease!

EXACTLY! I’m glad you understand. This is why I won’t drive a car, or ride a bird scoooter. The POTENTIAL of harm outweighs any risk. I’m glad you understand how dangerous it is to go outside ever.

Heck no. I'm not vaxed at all - following my doctor's advice - as a COVID survivor the vax will not help me since I have natural antibodies and/or t-cells to make new antibodies. More surgeon generals are saying vax not recommended for healthy young people, too many side effect risks (e.g., death).

Joe Biden gets them often. The proof is in the pudding.

Selfish. You’re killing a grandmama and you don’t even care. The Covid VACCINATION immunizes, prevents the spread, AND there are ZERO side effects. Learn the facts mister.
