Employee fired, restaurant get a heavy fine and customer should be compensated very well. This is the only way they will make sure it won't happen again.

No. It’s an isolated incident of incompetence by an employee. Fire the employee., Refresh train all cooks, compensate the little girl and move on.

No but they should have the same restrictions as tobacco products as far as using them in public. The health risk should be the users alone.
