Should vehicles such as minibikes and dirt bikes be banned from streets?

They don't need banned. They do need to be licensed and insured like any other motorized vehicle.

Because some people can't afford to get a car and a mini bike is a cheap way to get around town no different from an electric scooter as long as they're not loud and obnoxious.

Because there's nothing fun to do in jeff city and when people find something to do it is taken away its enjoyable to ride motor bikes and its also transportation for others

They are already illegal and we do not need any more laws. We need existing laws to be enforced. Remember the expired temp tags and license plates? Maybe we should also have a law against them. Oh, wait, we do, what happened there? I remember, do you? This is surreal.
