Should there be higher penalties for animal cruelty?

No person has the right to be mean to, or kill an animal. If they bother you, call the police or animal control. Or just walk away!

Animals don’t deserve to treated so bad, some killed, just because some person doesn’t like them. Call the police or animal control. Or just walk away and shut up!

There is no reason to senseless kill an animal. Anyone cruel to children and animals should be heavily fined and jailed!
