He should definitely look at the charges for each person, then take the correct path. They have a right to due process. If they violated someone's rights, then I would say no.

It's about time politicians accept consquences for their racist, false allegations! Slandering people for policital gain is abhorent and against the law. They should be prosecuted just like anyone else. And Bailey should not be using state funds to defend them!

These representatives were in no way acting on behalf of the State of Missouri or in their legislative capacity. They have no immunity and AG Bailey has no legal right to spend taxpayer funds in their defense.
