No concerns at all. It will be better than just setting trash bags outside and letting animals tearing bags open and releasing garbage. all of the towns I have seen they are beside the garage or a place easy to get to them

It would be nice if they were at least upright, with the lid closed, and up next to the house instead of strewn about the front yard someplace. Better yet in the garage or behind the house out of sight. It should not take a City Ordinance for this. Too bad common sense is not very common. FJB
ReplyThese were already banned when we had an election. Now we're being forced to use roll carts even though there was no election. How do we go from a ban to being forced to use them? They are ugly. They are inconvenient. The bags would get picked up, and we were done.
