When the Army needs a new general they don't interview outside the Army. Great choice city council.

That made zero sense, the Army is worldwide they bring someone in from another command. So they get fresh ideas, break complacency and to energize the command. Things must have changed a lot since you was in. I spent 22 years in the Army and never seen it

we have a huge problem with crime and shootings in columbia. i think the new police chief is part of the problem and does not bring any new ideas or expertise to the dept.

When racially disparate stops continue to go up, it's time to shake up leadership as doing more of the same just guarantees more racist practices.
