You're talking about a city council that spend $20k on a leadership retreat that only lasted a few days. You're also talking about a city council that allocated $2.17M in ARPA funds to "crimefighting" but are giving $0 to the PD....they're going to hire a terrible liberal chief that will ruin the PD

Why is only one of the people from this area? Are locals not good enough for Columbia?
