The man was resisting and not complying. The officers tried other tactics to try to subdue the man.

Just what do you do with a person who is not fazed by a taser, and continues to attack two LEOs? Write them a ticket for disorderly conduct?

They should have just backed off and tazed him. With 2020 hindsight, that is what I would have done.

Not so much excessive force but literally punching somebody while they are already down. In the face. Unnecessary and uncalled for force was used
