Of course. What else is he going to do? Not running would expose, again, how weak and inept his leadership has been. Democrats (not Biden, he's just their puppet) are playing the smart, long game in Biden vs. Trump. They know Trump will say/do something to sway just enough voters to keep Biden.

Biden is too old and in obvious advanced mental decline. Watching Dem primary should be entertaining. I wonder how the media will cheat in debates to favor one candidate over another. Dem primary is rigged. Just ask Bernie.
