the governor has already stated that the "amendment 3" is fraudulent and is a bonus ONLY to the monopoly that has already ruined the medicinal cannabis market in Missouri. He needs to make a stand and PUSH the legislature to derail the monopoly's deceptive initiative.

it is time to give up on calling it a drug. It is less harmful than drinking. and it is another way for Missouri to add a tax to it to cover other important items.

Why on earth should the Special Session address this? Missouri voters will decide in two months as to whether or not it will be legalized. Cornball question attempting to create more division among the citizens.
