This is a major opportunity for Dems to buy votes, of course they have to do this to stay in power. It helps when people receiving millions of dollars in green programs are also major Dem donors. Recall Obama's friend's solar panel factory, cost hundreds of $M, and went bankrupt right away. FJB

A $900 solar panel generates 4 cents worth of wholesale electricity on an average day. The government calls this success.

Supporting the transition is not immediately profitable. Therefore, government has to provide the initial seed money. It's like the space program.

It's not the government's job to make stupid investments using our money.

Just drives the price up on the product. Look at the price increase on the 2023 Ford Lightning Pro.

I don’t support any investment the government makes. That’s not their job. Give us our money back you thieves.

If it's going to work, let it happen naturally. We cannot FORCE a transition to anything, especially with politicians getting kickbacks from their "green" donors. And a lot of these "green" energy sources aren't that reliable anyway.
