As long as the homeless are respectful in their mannerisms then Yes. If they are disrespectful to the community then get rid of them.

This location causes too many problems for the surrounding business community. City leaders created this problem and should have known it was a bad idea from the beginning and should have made changes much sooner.

Pan handling is more lucrative in public places. The City needs to quit enabling these people. The homeless have their own lives to destroy, but not the innocent people around them. I am not being mean, I am being honest.

Most of these panhandlers actually make more money than most of us. Plus it's tax free.
