People expect to receive treatment from their care provider. Not exposure to a novel coronavirus.

People also expect honesty from their government but they are not receiving that either. Missouri does not require, nor allow a vaccine passport.

No American should be required to take any drug for employment. The FDC has only approved the Covid-19 vaccination for emergency use. Already the FDC has attached a warning label for a given age group to the vaccine. The vaccine is strictly experimental and there are many unknown elements about it

The vaccines are experimental. Violates the Nuemberg code. This is still America where we have freedom from government intrusion.

I struggle with this one having been a RN for years, and never had the flu vaccine, but would mask up just for that patient contact. Each of owns their health, either be healthy in your lifestyle choices, vaccinate, or not and risk dying. Yes, I know you can pass it on without being ill yourself.

I’m sure companies will run into issues in trying to remove employees that do not vaccinate. However I see nothing wrong with companies requiring vaccination for all new hires based on their workplace policies.

Presumably, healthcare workers are best qualified/educated to make their own informed decisions on whether to vaccinate.
