Vaccination rates remain low in many of the state's rural counties, where cases are spiking. Yet case numbers remain well below their pandemic peaks.

ALL THIS IS GREAT COVER TO HAVE ANOTHER ROUND OF LUNACY WITH MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING AND THE LIKE TO KEEP EVERYONE FEARFUL. AND SO SURRENDER THEIR GOD-GIVEN FREEDOMS. I ALMOST DIED WITH BLOOD CLOTS 10 YEARS AGO AND SO WILL NOT BE GETTING ANY COVID VACCINE.

One death in Boone County in recent weeks is why I don't believe it's time to worry. I would be reconsidering vaccination, if I had not already done so.

More people are killed on the highways than by this virus. Yet no one is doing anything about it.

Perhaps we should look at the reason Missouri residents are behind in vaccines? Education is the number one thing we can do to encourage people to get them. And continue to wear the mask if you haven't been vaccinated.
ReplyI am concerned, still trying to get family members to take it seriously and get vaccinated. it feels like pushing a boulder up a hill only to have it roll back down.
ReplyIf these idiots would just wise up and get the damn vaccine, then these numbers would drop.
ReplyIt seems to be spreading very fast.School will be starting soon and it will get even worse.
ReplyMO GOP politicians should be ashamed of themselves for politicizing science and going out of their way to do the wrong thing over and over again with coronavirus. The fact that MO is leading the nation in new coronavirus cases is a direct result of their irresponsible actions & dereliction of duty.
ReplyMissourians are not getting the vaccine. A typically STUPID move by a bunch of rednecks,
ReplyCovid-19 patients have one thing in common. They have not been vaccinated. So very disappointed in Missouri.
ReplyIt took us 15 months to recover from the pandemic, and I’m in no mood for America to go through a rebound. And President Biden and Vice President Harris better get Missouri and Arkansas under control, because I don’t intend to go through that hell of last year again!
