As an OSU-Cascades student, I know that being part of the OSU system makes OSU-Cascades so incredible. This bill is simply a jab at our efforts to become a valuable branch of OSU in Central Oregon and steal our funding for other universities (i.e. WOU)...

My daughter transferred to OSU Cascades because of its affiliation with OSU and because of its location. Being part of OSU is a big benefit and holds prestige and value to its alumni.

OSU-Cascades and OSU have a strong partnership. Students here have access to classes, majors and research opportunities that wouldn't be available at a University of our size. Rep. Evans is from the valley and is connected to WOSC. Why should someone from the Valley dictate what we do?
