People are more accountable when they’re being watched. What a person does when nobody is watching is vastly different from when there is some form of supervision.
ReplyIt actually should make all parties more accountable as the issue isn’t just “bad” cops but also bad people making bad choices. The old saying, “If you can afford to do the time, don’t do the crime!” Stop, take responsibility, if you’re not guilty, you’re not responsible, let the system work for you
